RE:FRESH sessions: Discounted swim for adults under the RE:FRESH Leisure Scheme. Anyone aged 16 years or over, who lives, works, has a GP or is in full time education in Blackburn with Darwen can access this session for £1.
Anyone aged under 16 years, who qualifies can access this session for FREE! as long they are accompanied with a qualifying adult.
BLACKBURN LEISURE CENTRE
The swimming pools and sauna/steam area will be closed all day on Monday 30th December for essential maintenance. There will be no access to the wet changing rooms during this time.
Spin Xpress is fantastic for fitness and calorie burning with different classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. The classes always look really tough, but you work at your own intensity and you control the gears. Classes are usually 30 minutes long.
