RE:FRESH sessions: Discounted swim for adults under the RE:FRESH Leisure Scheme. Anyone aged 16 years or over, who lives, works, has a GP or is in full time education in Blackburn with Darwen can access this session for £1.
Anyone aged under 16 years, who qualifies can access this session for FREE! as long they are accompanied with a qualifying adult. Leisure cards must be shown for all participants. Maximum 2 children per adult.

Kettlebell Xpress is fantastic for fitness and calorie burning with different classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. The classes always look really tough, but you work at your own intensity and you control the gears.
