Leisure Centre Closures – Member Update
Due to the ongoing measures put in place by the Government as a consequence of COVID-19, we understand that many members may have questions relating to their monthly payments and paid in full memberships, so we wanted to provide an update.
We will continue to freeze all payments across all Regency Fitness memberships, with no fee, until further notice; as long as our facilities remain closed, we will not take any membership payments. Any paid in full memberships (annuals/6 months) will be extended for the period of time we are closed. We will also honour any Christmas vouchers purchased in December 2019 and not yet redeemed. You don’t need to do anything with your membership or direct debit, we’ll do it all for you.
We will automatically re-instate all memberships when our facilities re-open but we’ll be back in touch before that happens so you are aware. At this stage we are unable to say when reopening is likely, but we will continue to reassess our position in line with any further Government guidance and keep you updated throughout.
Now, more than ever it is important for us all to look after both our physical and mental health, please take a look at our redesigned health and wellbeing website, www.refreshbwd.com , for hints and tips on how you can Stay Active, Stay Well and Stay Connected during the current situation we’re all in. We’re also sharing lots of different content on our refresh and Leisure Centre Facebook pages and on Twitter, so please like and follow them so we can all keep in touch and support you digitally.
Keep safe and well and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Stay Home. Keep Safe. Save Lives
