What is Passport to Leisure?
Passport to Leisure is a pay as you go, discount card scheme, run by Blackburn with Darwen Council, which enables qualifying people to enjoy fantastic discounts on leisure activities provided by BwD Leisure.
Who qualifies for a Passport to Leisure?

Categories where only individual applicants can qualify, but a carer may be admitted free
For these, a +1 will be added to the card that allows a carer free entry. The +1 must act as support for the individual and cannot take part in any activity. They will be allowed to enter the swimming pool with the individual if required.
Please note: Individuals who require the support of more than one carer must discuss their needs with the centre manager of each site they will use.

How to apply?
Applications for Passport to Leisure cards can be made at reception. Proof of eligibility must be shown when applying. Please allow at least 48 hours processing time before collecting your card.
